I am a US-based award-winning photographer, filmmaker, communications professional, and academician. My films and photography work has traveled extensively, including prestigious galleries like The India Habitat Centre, Delhi.

My film school education led me to produce and analyze moving images. I recently completed my critically acclaimed documentary film-- Refugee (2022). I also worked as an Assistant Producer in the critically acclaimed British Fiction film-- Only Love Matters (2022).

I am inclined toward the creation of moving and still images; writing; internal and external communication. One of my state-commissioned projects in India includes an exhibition on the History of Indian Cinema: BD Garga Archives with Indira Gandhi National Center for Arts in the capacity of a consultant to celebrate 100 Years of Indian Cinema.

I studied at the School of Arts and Aesthetics at Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi. I audited a few classes at Tisch School of Arts, New York University, and the Department of Visual Studies, State University of New York at Buffalo in the US, to gain international exposure.

Apart from independent projects and research papers, I have also been a faculty at various national and international universities, including Delhi University, India, and the State University of New York, Buffalo. I have worked as a writer, producer, and communications manager.

In my career, apart from independent projects and research papers, I have been conducting workshops and lecturing students at Under Graduation and Master's level on Film, Documentary Production, Visual Arts, Photography, and Journalism.

I am fully immersed in my MS in Professional Media Practice and Management with an emphasis on Muti-media Production and Communication Studies from Southern Illinois. University, USA.

In the past, I have worked as a Journalist with leading media organizations, including New Delhi Television Limited (NDTV), Cable News Network (CNN), and Indian Express Newspapers.

I have also been a recipient of awards for excellence in my field. Apart from work, I like reading, traveling, photographing, and painting.
